LOLER Inspections

LOLER inspections are a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).

Whether an independent arborist or an organisation it is your responsibility to ensure you have regular LOLER inspections carried out on all tree climbing and rigging kits by a qualified inspector.

These inspections must be carried out every 6 months on climbing equipment and every 12 months on rigging equipment.

We offer LOLER thorough examinations throughout central Scotland.

We have a working knowledge of most modern equipment and understand their use, functionality and limitations.

LOLER Thorough Examinations can be arranged to work for your business and minimise downtime.

Please get in contact to discuss arrangements.

Surveys and Reports

Trees may need to be surveyed or inspected for a number of reasons, the most frequent are:

• Tree hazard management of trees in gardens or streets
• Tree management reports for tree owners and land owners
• Assurance and insurance purposes
• Preparation of Tree Preservation Orders

Reports can be made for homeowners, property agents, public gardens, local authorities and private companies.
